THE PALM

Beverly Hills, California

 

The Palm is a four unit, four-story residential condominium project in Beverly Hills, California. There is one unit per floor with direct keyed access from the elevator. At 3,600 square feet and exterior wall all the way around the unit, the units feel much more like luxury single family residences than condominiums. Parking and storage for the individual units is accommodated in the subterranean garage.

 

These luxury units were designed for individuals that have multiple homes throughout the world. These homes may only be occupied a month or two out of the year by their owners. They needed to be low maintenance and secure. The design needed to appeal to people exposed to a worldwide design aesthetic not just local culture. The interior design which was done by our firm reflected the same sophisticated subtle detail as the exterior.
